IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 29/08/25: Temporary suspension of postal services to the US!
Dear customers, please note that as a result of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324, Australia Post has joined a number of international postal operators to temporarily suspend partial postal services to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico, effective immediately until further notice.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase knives in Australia. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement. Knife Lounge accepts no liability for purchases made in breach of this law.
We strive to keep all product information accurate and up to date. In the unlikely event that we cannot supply an item you’ve ordered, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.
Orders are usually dispatched on the next working day. Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number and send a notification to your email address.
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may return it for a full refund, including postage costs. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the return.
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. In this case, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
We accept PayPal for international orders. If your PayPal shipping address differs from the address provided in the order details, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund for security reasons.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the knife they purchase is legal in their country. Knife Lounge is not liable for any orders that may be seized by customs.
